ComputerCraft HTTPS Patch

For https use in legacy computercraft versions, a proxy server is required.

This is because HTTP requests are no longer allowed. I have setup a proxy host, coded by MyNameIsTrez.

The proxy can be accessed at cchtml.toondev.net:1337
